What's Happening Around INTRUST Bank Arena During March Madness
The city of Wichita is abuzz with excitement as the 2018 March Madness Tournament debuts at INTRUST Bank Arena March 15th through 17th.
Whether you're attending the games and need something to do in between, or just want to get in on the festivities, here’s a list of things to do around the arena during the tournament.

Wichita Brewing Company
Wichita Brewing Co. Tailgate
WBC is hosting a tailgate party outside INTRUST Bank Arena during the college basketball tournament. They will set up right across the street, to the west of the main south entrance, from INTRUST Bank Arena.
This tailgate party will have local food trucks, Hopperoni Express and Noble House Hawaiian Plate Lunch, with rumors of more being added to the line-up. Multiple HDTVs will be streaming all the games, tailgate games, local DJ's playing music, and a possibility of a live music show Friday evening.
There will be large tents to help cover the area and there's no cover charge to come and hang out. Note: there could possibly be a small cover charge if they have live music on Friday night.

Courtside on Commerce
Xclusive Events will turn Commerce Street, just South of INTRUST Bank Arena, into a hopping entertainment destination. Plans currently include The Front Row Parking Lot as well as closing down Commerce Street and opening up its shops, venues, and art galleries as pop-up bars. There will be beer gardens, food trucks, shopping trucks, games for all ages, music and more. Each separate venue will have a different theme and feel.

Brick & Mortar
Brick and Mortar will transform their 6,600 square foot GLASS 13’ tall beamed "tent" into Wichita's hottest "pop-up" sports bar complete with LED video walls, televisions broadcasting from every angle.
Wednesday, a live DJ will spin between basketball practices. Thursday and Saturday nights will feature former Miss Kansas, Emily Strom, and her dueling piano act. Friday night will feature country music acts and Saturday, St Patrick's day, the venue will be home to festive family activities including a pancake feed, face painting, local Irish acts, bagpipe players and Irish dancers.

Wichita Festivals & Barleycorn's
Bracket Bash Presented by Barleycorn's and Wichita Festivals.
Located on the south side of the Arena at the corner of Waterman and St Francis, Wichita Festivals will put on three days of festivities in conjunction with Barleycorn's. Get ready to chow down on burgers and dogs grilled by the Wichita Wagonmasters and Pizza Hut pizza by the slice. A variety of beer, cocktails and soft drinks will be available along with a coffee bar by PrairieFire Coffee Roasters.
Enjoy musical entertainment and plenty of screens from Living Sound for watching all the 1st- and 2nd-round action. Try your hand at Skee-Ball and Pop-a-Shot and win prizes including treats from Hiland Dairy. Check out luxury vehicles on display from Walser Automotive.

Wichita's FanFest will take place in the area just north of INTRUST Bank Arena. Watch games on a giant screen, grab a bite to eat and enjoy Wichita's welcome to basketball fans.
Guests can enjoy a live DJ, huge screens to watch the games, food trucks, beer and lots of fun games for the whole family.
