Wichita Community Theatre Presents "The Dixie Swim Club"

Wichita Community Theatre continues its 2018-2019 Season with THE DIXIE SWIM CLUB by Jones, Hope & Wooten. This hilarious and touching comedy about lifelong friendships runs July 17-28 at 258 N. Fountain.

Five Southern women, whose friendships began many years ago on their college swim team, set aside a long weekend every August to catch up, laugh and meddle in each other's lives. When fate throws a wrench into one of their lives, these friends rally 'round their own with the strength and love that takes this comedy in a poignant and surprising direction.

Performances are 8 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 or $13 for military/senior/students. There is a special opening night ticket price of $11 for all on July 17 only. Call for reservations: (316) 686-1282.
