Support Specialist

Job Description:

RSM Marketing is looking for a strong communicator with an excellent knowledge of the web, computers and mobile devices to provide support to our growing list of web design, advertising, SEO and PPC clients.

The Support Specialist will work directly with clients as well as provide support and back-up for our staff of designers, developers and project managers.

Duties will include excellent customer service, web site updates, email support, domain name transfers, photo/graphics editing, creating and updating internal documents, content management training, internal software support, PPC support and data entry. Most support is via phone or email, but in-person meetings will also be required.

A friendly attitude, professional demeanor, patience, and meticulous attention to detail is required. Must be able to manage multiple tasks with little supervision. Must have excellent problem solving skills, and a commitment to great customer service.

Excellent knowledge of the web, Microsoft Windows, Office products, website hosting, FTP, DNS, Google products is required. High school diploma (or GED) and previous customer service experience are required, BS/BA desired.
