We're looking for a support specialist that can answer emails and phone calls from clients to help them with their email, website, social media, DNS and other general technical questions. In this role you will speak with clients on a regular basis to help troubleshoot and solve their problems. An understanding and at least some experience with front-end web development, specifically with PHP, MySQL, DNS, HTML, CSS and JS would be ideal.
You will be asked to help people set up email on their phones, in Outlook, Mac Mail, add graphics to websites, make other small website updates, and solve technical problems.
