Job Description:

Seeking a Bilingual Office Administrator to assist in the day to day operations of a high producing agency.

As an Office Administrator, you will provide quality service to clients by responding to inquiries about our products and services.

In addition; you will resolve client issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Greeting clients in a courteous manner
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
-Strong detail orientation and communication skills
-Answering phone in a courteous manner
-Provide quality support
-Willingness to work a flexible schedule
-Maintain filing systems and ensuring accuracy
-Open client accounts by properly recording information
-Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license
-Answering product and service questions to attract potential clients; cross selling
-Setting appointments
-Resolving and clarifying customer complaints
-Marketing (events, social media, flyers)
