Queso

In the mood for queso? Check out Felipe’s Mexican restaurant.
Felipe's Mexican Restaurant
The Chile Con Queso is homemade and features a spicy kick that will bring you back time and again. You can also add ground beef to your queso for even more flavor!
Headshots Bar and Grill
Headshots Bar and Grill also offers a tasty queso that you’ve got to try. When you visit Headshots, add queso to your next order of chips and salsa for a flavorful snack that you won’t soon forget!
Cheese Curds

Via Yelp.com.
Though they’re a little harder to find than queso or nachos, cheese curds are well worth locating. Luckily, we’ve taken care of that for you.
Bricktown Brewery
Bricktown Brewery offers Watonga Cheddar Curds that are second to none in Wichita. These curds are prepared to perfection. Old King Kölsch beer-battered and fried ‘til they’re golden, these scrumptious bites are served with spicy ranch for dipping and will have your mouth watering in no time!
Mac and Cheese

Old Chicago's Beer Brat Mac, via Oldchicago.com.
Let’s face it. We all love a good serving of mac and cheese every now and then, even if it makes you feel like a little kid again. (Or maybe that’s why you like it!) No matter your reason, we get it.
Old Chicago
Old Chicago also serves up a variety of unique mac and cheese dishes. The Beer Brat Mac highlights sliced brats, peppers, onions and mushrooms blended with corkscrew macaroni in a golden beer cheese sauce. As if that wasn’t enough, it’s served with even more cheese, parsley and breadcrumbs on top.
The Chicken Pesto Mac offers its own unique flavor. Combining macaroni, broccoli, grilled chicken and pesto sauce, this dish is topped with aged white cheddar and buttery toasted bread crumbs.
Old Chicago’s third Mac and Cheese option is the Sicilian Pepperoni Roll Mac. This blend features pepperoni, corkscrew macaroni and a four cheese sauce. That’s right, four. Asiago, pepper jack, white cheddar and mozzarella cheese are blended to perfection and topped with pepperoncini and breadcrumbs.
Granite City Food and Brewery
Topped with bacon bits and breadcrumbs, Granite City’s The Bennie Mac and Cheese is a savory chicken and penne pasta that highlights creamy pepper jack cheese sauce and a Bennie beer finish.
Cheeseburgers

Bricktown's Nueske's Bacon Cheddar Burger. Imagine this, but much, much cheesier.
When it comes to cheeseburgers, "cheese" is half of the name! If you're looking for a burger where that proportion os reflected, look no further.
Freddy's Frozen Custard
Have you ever tried a patty melt from Freddy's? Have you ever tried it with extra cheese? If you answered no to either of these questions, get in your car and go to Freddy's as soon as possible. You can also orders a side of cheese fries if you're feeling really cheesy.
Bricktown Brewery
Bricktown Brewery knows hoe to bring the cheese. Perhaps that's why the restaurant features the Uber Cheeseburger, which, as indicated by its name, features an uber amount of American cheese. It's served with the usual fixin's and Bricktown's burger sauce.
Grilled Cheese

In the winter, nothing beats warming up with a good, old-fashioned grilled-cheese sandwich. You know, the kind your parents used to make.
Headshots Bar and Grill
Headshots offers a three-cheese grilled cheese sandwich, because tow cheeses just weren't enough, obviously. Combining melted cheddar, swiss and pepper jack and served on Texas toast, this sandwich is a hearty grilled cheese option.
Spangles
During the winter., Spangles offers a double-decker grilled cheese sandwich. That's two layers of cheese. The sandwich it served with tomato soup, which is topped with, you guessed it! more cheese.
