Bricktown Brewery offers  Watonga Cheddar Curds that are second to none in Wichita. These curds are prepared to perfection.  Old King Kölsch beer-battered and fried ‘til they’re golden, these scrumptious bites are served with spicy ranch for dipping and will have your mouth watering in no time!

Old Chicago also serves up a variety of unique mac and cheese dishes. The Beer Brat Mac highlights sliced brats, peppers, onions and mushrooms blended with corkscrew macaroni in a golden beer cheese sauce. As if that wasn’t enough, it’s served with even more cheese, parsley and breadcrumbs on top.

The Chicken Pesto Mac offers its own unique flavor. Combining macaroni, broccoli, grilled chicken and pesto sauce, this dish is topped with aged white cheddar and buttery toasted bread crumbs.

Old Chicago’s third Mac and Cheese option is the Sicilian Pepperoni Roll Mac. This blend features pepperoni, corkscrew macaroni and a four cheese sauce. That’s right, four. Topped with bacon bits and breadcrumbs, Granite City’s The Bennie Mac and Cheese is a savory chicken and penne pasta that highlights creamy pepper jack cheese sauce and a Bennie beer finish.
