The Kansas Climb

The Kansas Climb is North America's only challenge course in a dome! Located at Field Station: Dinosaurs, this ropes course is four stories of aerial adventure, camaraderie, and fun. The entire structure is even covered in a dome to help shield you from the elements.
The Kansas Climb is just one of the fun-filled activities at the Field Station. Roam through their park and see over 40 life-sized dinosaurs, live shows, and more. Then finish off your adventure with a round of Jurassic Golf.
BrightWater Bay

BrightWater bay is Wichita’s secret vacation destination located less than 15 min from downtown Wichita. You can get away without having to actually get away. Perfect for groups, BrightWater Bay is a private lake resort with 44 acres of pristine water, sandy beaches, and lush trees. The clubhouse at BrightWater bay features a two bedroom one bathroom house with room to sleep 11, private beach, pickleball, horseshoes, basketball, shuffleboard and more. Great for small groups such as youth groups, scout groups, corporate retreats, bachelor and bachelorette parties and more!
For larger events, you can book the Venue and BrightWater Bay which has room for up to 100 people. Perfect for a small wedding, family gathering, anniversary or birthday party. The Venue offers beautiful views of BrightWater Bay’s private lake and property as well as easy access to the beach and outdoor games.
The Q-Line

The Q-line trolly is a great centerpiece for any night out in downtown Wichita. Running the length of Douglas Avenue from Hydraulic to Seneca (Edgemore on weekends), some of Wichita's greatest attractions are along or within walking distance of the Q. The Best part is the service is free! Map out your own downtown bar crawl, shopping spree, sightseeing expedition and more, then just hop on the Q and away you go!
Old Town

Old Town is home to shopping, dining, museums, entertainment and more. with over 100 different business it's sure to have something for everyone! For a night out the bars, restaurants, and clubs are all within walking distance of each other. Spring through Fall you can plan a trip to the Old Town Farmers Market which is open on Saturday mornings!
Visit the Musuems

Wichita has quite a few amazing museums covering many different aspects. Great for a group of any size and any age. The Museums on the River comprised of Botanica, Exploration Place, Mid-America All-Indian Center, Old Cowtown Museum and the Wichita Art Museum, are all within walking distance (a few closer than others) and would make for a great museum hopping day trip!
