Solo’s Diner
If you’re on a search for Chicken and waffles, add Solo’s to your list of places to visit. The aviation themed restaurant is located at 6815 W. Kellogg. Located in the Best Western Airport Inn, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Beacon
Sweet Potato waffles with fresh berries can be found at the beacon, located at 909 E. Douglas Avenue. This throwback diner-style restaurant originally opened as Curley’s nearly 80 years ago, making it one of the oldest running restaurants in Wichita.

Doo Dah Diner
The Menu at Doo Dah Diner highlights chicken ‘n’ waffles, with maple pepper-bacon dipped in Belgian dark chocolate. Doo Dah Diner channels the casual, laid back vibe Wichita is known for. Opening in 2012, the restaurant has become a local favorite in just a few short years.

Egg Cetera
Egg Cetera, located at 242 N. Mosley, offers a menu featuring a Belgian malted waffle. Egg Cetera can be found in Wichita’s Old town. The restaurant serves gourmet breakfast and lunch and offers catering service.

Egg Crate Café
Guests at Egg Crate Café can choose between a Belgian waffle a la carte and a waffle combo, which comes with two eggs. Egg Crate Café is located at 8606 W. 13^th St., and features fun music, beautiful (and local!) artwork, and delicious breakfast foods.

Fat Ernie’s Family Dining
Fat Ernie’s also allows guests to choose between a Belgian waffle and a waffle combo. The combo includes two eggs, and ham, bacon or sausage. Fat Ernie’s Family Dining is located at 2806 S. Hydraulic. The restaurant offers an extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Harvest Kitchen and Bar
During breakfast, the Harvest Kitchen and Bar offers a traditional waffle with mixed berries. The Harvest Kitchen and Bar is located inside of the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 400 W. Waterman. The restaurant highlights seasonal breakfast, lunch and dinner fare and a bar.

Jimmie’s Diner
Jimmie’s Diner offers a variety of waffle items, including the King’s-X waffle, a pecan waffle, and a waffle sundae. Jimmie’s is located at 1519 George Washington Drive, 2121 N Tyler and 3111 N. Rock Road. The restaurant has been operating since 1987 and serves breakfast all day long.

Krispy’s Fried Chicken and Seafood
Three tender chicken and waffles await you at Krispy’s Fried Chicken and Seafood! This restaurant opened in 2014, and distinguishes itself from the competition by offering menu items like catfish and deep fried ice cream.

Public at the Brickyard
A chicken and waffles dinner special is available at Public at the Brickyard. The restaurant is located at 129 N. Rock Island, and seeks to bring the finest ingredients possible to your table. Public offers a unique setting in the bottom floor of a renovated warehouse in Wichita’s old town.

Riverside Café
Riverside Café features a menu with waffles and a variety of other breakfast foods. You’ll also find a certain nostalgia when you arrive at Riverside café, which takes you right back to the days of grandma’s cooking. Breakfast is available all day, and portions are large! This restaurant is located at 739 W. 13th St., 2539 W Pawnee and 824 N. Baltimore.

Taste and See
Located in old town at 255 N. Washington, Taste and See offers a red velvet waffle club as well as a Chicks and Waffles entrée. This restaurant strives to bring global cuisine to Wichita, so be sure to check out some of the more exotic dished when you visit.

Waffle Wagon
One of Wichita’s many food trucks, the Waffle Wagon is named for the caramelized Belgian Waffles it serves. The truck does not offer a permanent location, but its whereabouts can be tracked though the Twin Treats Concessions Facebook page.

Wine Dive
The chicken and waffles meal at Wine Dive consists of a parmesan-crusted fried chicken breast and a Belgian waffle topped with maple syrup. Wine dive can be found at 4714 E. Douglas. Named for it’s wine selection, the restaurant offers over 350 bottles and 40 by the glass selections.
