Everyone loves a good secret and we’ve got a few great local goodies. We hunted down secret menu items from your favorite local restaurants.
(Bonus: There are Veggie friendly items!)
R Coffee House

It’s true, their mama can make anything, but did you know that if you ask for vegan fare they will make something mindful. Ask specifically for the vegan breakfast tacos or the Green Thumb on Ciabatta, you won’t be disappointed

Just ask for the “Little Black Book” and you’ll get a secret passport that will take you to a menu full of eclectic and delicious cuisine created by an employee. (Don’t worry, they don’t require a secret handshake to get it.)
Sunflower Espresso

More coffee please! Kate Clause with Sunflower Espresso is a fun staple to the food truck community. Did you know if you come to her truck and spontaneously sing a specific song (Hint: It might be Dolly Parton’s “Jolene”), you’ll get twenty-five cents off of any tasty beverage?
Beautiful Day Cafe

So many secret substitutions, so little time! Grilled cabbage can be subbed for hash browns and most everything can be tailored to be vegan and vegetarian. Free cake on your birthday AND the chocolate cake can come with their homemade coconut cream...but you have to ask for it.
River City Brewing Co.

Owner Chris Arnold gave us the inside scoop about their popular Thai Chili Po’ Boy that comes with a sweet chili sauce, but staff recommends to every inquiring customer that they make these into tacos!! Now that’s fusion!

Owner Alex Harb gifted us with his secret Mediterranean Dressing that you’ll only find here!!
- Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette.
- 3 cups of olive oil
- 1 cup of Vegetable oil
- 9 ounces of balsamic vinegar
- 3 teaspoons of za’atar spice
- 2 teaspoon of Chopped Fresh Garlic
- 3 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
- 4 tbs of Honey
- 2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 teaspoon of black pepper
Place all ingredients except oil in 1-gallon container and blend with the emulsion blender until thoroughly incorporated. Then with blender submerged and running slowly add in oil until emulsified.

Love the burger, but the bun is too filling? Don’t worry, any sandwich can be made sans bread over a delightful bed of butter lettuce. Seriously, you may never order a bun again, it’s that good!
