Eating right is important, but eating out and eating right can be difficult. We've put together a list of healthy restaurants in Wichita that offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options as well as locally grown and made with pure ingredients.

There are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options but they also have turkey, fish and chicken. Try a smoothie for dessert or a vegan cheesecake.  A popular dish is the black bean/quinoa burger served on a wheat bun with veggies, and a pasta primavera that uses shaved zucchini instead of pasta. Sweet potato chips are served on the side as a healthy alternative to fries.

One of their prominent menu items, the power bowl, really amps up the health factor.  A power bowl is a balanced, highly nutritious meal in a single bowl with whole grains, protein, an abundance of vegetables, as well as other ingredients that balance the profile including nuts, seeds or beans.
