Tallgrass Film Festival, 2015
Going on its 13th year, the Tallgrass Film Festival is the largest independent film festival in the state of Kansas. The festival boasted over 12,000 in attendance in 2012, and in 2013, Tallgrass was named one of MovieMaker Magazine's "Top 25 Coolest Festivals in the World." This year, the festival features 205 films. The event will be held Oct. 14-18. All-inclusive passes are available, and individual tickets are $10. Discounts are offered for students, teachers, seniors and military.
This year's festival also offers a new Binge Pass option. The Binge Pass is an all day pass to Tallgrass events on Saturday. This allows guests to enjoy more than 15 Hours of Indie film; over 24 film screenings, including shorts, narratives & documentaries; access to the Stubornly Independent Gala & After Party, which features an open bar, food and entertainment; a late night movie and more, all for just $50!
