Play a few games at Central Standard Brewing or Hopping Gnome Brewing Company. Whether you’re playing lawn games on the patio of CSB or playing board or card games at Hopping Gnome, you can’t go wrong! Your girls will have a blast getting competitive and trying new local brews.

Catch a Live Show

Wichita is a great place for live theatre. Whether you’re headed to Roxy’s Downtown, Crown Uptown, or Mosley Street Melodrama, you’re in for a great time. There’s a wealth of talent in Wichita, and live theatre is one of many ways to see it! You can also catch Music Theatre of Wichita and Music Theatre For Young People productions at Century II, and even more live performances are held in Wichita's historic Orpheum Theatre.

Stop at Cero’s Candies to try their chocolate, which has been a staple in ICT’s candy scene for 130 years! Try recipes that are new and old, to see if you can taste the difference!

Take on a Challenge

The Room has made its way to Wichita! Featuring four themed rooms, The Room allows you to become a part of the story for the room of your choice. Offering a true escape room experience, you and your girls will have one hour to solve the series of puzzles necessary to escape the room! It’s a great group activity, and it requires the members of your squad to really work together in order to finish in time! If your friends are clever, crafty and up for a challenge, bring them to The Room.

Put the pedal to the metal for this girls’ night! Xtreme Racing is Wichita’s premier indoor go-kart track, featuring 55,000 square feet of excitement! Tour a Winery

Just a short drive from Wichita, Winfield's Wheat State Wine Co. offers free tastings and winery tours every weekend. Bring your girls out to try high-quality red and white wines made from unique grape varietals.
Wheat State Wine Co. also hosts a regular open-air concert series called Uncork the Music, so it's not uncommon to find local bands playing here, too!

Chill Out

Take your crew on a trip to the Wichita Ice Center for a cool evening out. Whether you’re perfecting your axel or just trying not to fall, you’ll have a great time!
The Wichita Ice Center features Olympic and NHL rinks and full size viewing windows. If you get hungry, visit Pucks Sports Bar located upstairs.

Visit the Gardens

When the weather is nice, a trip to Botanica is great for any all-girls outing. Wander through the gardens at your leisure and enjoy the natural beauty. During the summer, you can even stop by the butterfly house.
Botanica also hosts events like Tuesdays on the Terrace and the annual Illuminations Christmas light Show that are also great girls’ night outings!

...Or blue, or green! At Wichita’s Paint The Towne, you and your friends can participate in a variety of themed painting classes, or rent the facility for your own party!
This is a great girl’s night go-to because not only do you get to bring drinks and be creative, but you also get to bring home a beautiful work of art!

If your squad is a little more athletic, check out the Disc Golf course at Oak Park. If you’ve never played, don’t worry; worst case scenario, you’ll have some good laughs and plenty of funny memories! Once you’ve completed a round or two, follow up with a treat from R Coffee House!

If you’re in Wichita’s College Hill area, start your evening with a walk through College Hill Park with your girlfriends. Then head over to Clifton square to get a bite on the patio at Ziggy's. Surrounded by a white picket fence, and equipped with lights strung overhead, this is a great way to enjoy the beautiful weather. Tucked back in the square, Ziggy’s patio offers a peaceful a place to dine without being too far off the beaten path.

At Elderslie Farm in Valley Center, guests have the rare opportunity to enjoy a truly farm-to-table meal. These dinners feature a menu that showcases what’s coming out of the soil and off of the vine locally.
Each Farm-to-Table dinner at Elderslie begins on the patio with wine and artisanal cheese. From here, guests move inside for a multiple course meal. Each course is paired with a wine selected by Jamie Stratton of Jacob Liquor Exchange.

Pinot's Palette

Paint and sip with your girls at Pinot's Palette in Oldtown. The facility offers simple art classes, so you can create a masterpiece no matter what your skill level. It's BYOB, so stop at Beyond Napa located next door and grab your favorite drink to bring along! Ages 18 and older are invited to participate, though attendees must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. All ages classes are available as well, when specifically noted.
