10 Tips For Getting the Most Out of Dam Music Fest
Dam Music Festival 2019 is almost here! We put together 10 tips to make sure you get the most out of your Dam festival experience!
Sun protection is no joke - aside from the long-term effects of unprotected sun exposure, do you really want to be nursing a nasty sunburn while you’re trying to get your party on during day two of the festival?
Get Your Tickets Early
Not only is it a good idea to plan ahead, but ticket prices go up the day of the festival. Save yourself a bit of cash! They have a plethora of ticketing options so you can find one to fit your budget.
Order Your Clear Bag and Official DAM Cup Now
Clear bags are the only bags you can bring into the festival, so if you want to keep your hands free (to hold drinks of course), you'll want to order those asap.
Stay In the Know
The best way to stay up-to-date on all the Dam news is to sign up for their email program.
Know Where You’re Going to Stay
There’s a wide variety of options from primitive camping to hotels, so even if you aren’t the "outdoorsy" type but love country music, you can sleep comfortably. Check out the options here.
Glamp Your Camp
Glamour + camping = glamping: a style of camping with amenities and, in some cases, resort-style services not usually associated with "traditional" camping. Just because you're camping doesn’t mean you need to skimp on some of the luxuries.
At Dam Music Fest, if you “Glamp Your Camp”, you can win tickets to next year's festival! Decorate, add lights, go crazy and bring the jacuzzi from home. If you plan to glamp your camp, be sure to enter their contest! The deadline is Friday, July 27th at 7:00 p.m.
Know the Schedule
The concerts are just a small part of this party, make sure you know when things are happening so you don’t miss out! Check out the full schedule of events and contests here.
Know What You Can and Can't Bring
Safety is the number one priority at any event, followed by making sure everyone is having a hell of a party. So naturally, there are a few prohibited items you’ll want to be sure to leave at home.
