The Wichita Art Museum: Current Exhibitions and Highlights
The Wichita Art Museum’s rotating gallery spaces offer unique and surprising exhibitions and are always worth a visit.
Currently, visitors can enjoy a diverse round of shows including Kansas Land: Farm Photography by Larry Schwarm and “The New Farmers” Project” by Photographer Bryon Darby, Designer Tim Hossler, and Sociologist Paul Stock (through March 10th), Over There, Over Here: American Print Makers Go to War (through February 17th), Visions of the Plains (through February 10th), and Cityscapes (through April 14th).

In addition, ongoing exhibitions like Storytelling: Highlights and Insights from the Wichita Art Museum Collection feature masterworks from artists like Mary Cassatt, Edward Hopper, Arthur Dove, Marsden Hartley, and Stuart Davis. The Wichita Art Museum is free on Saturdays (always free for Members), open Tuesday-Saturday 10-5pm, and Sundays 12-5pm.
