Our food at Two Olives is exciting and healthy. Our menu features honest-to-goodness food, including locally sourced ingredients, humanely raised meat, and minimal use of oil and processed ingredients. Our menu provides a perfect option for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diet standards.
Preparing and keeping food in its whole form, the menu is produce-centric with balanced plant/protein combinations that preserve the integrity of cuisines from around the world. We mill our own spices, grind our own hamburger meat, dry our own herbs, and make our own dressings. We are proud to have a scratch kitchen with a minimalist approach to waste of food, energy, and water.
The Two Olives experience perfectly reflects the best of 37 years of fine dining offered by our Toubia family. What truly sets this newest restaurant apart from earlier endeavors is reflected in the name, Two Olives. The two olives are actually us – two sisters, Joumana and Randa. We have cooked side-by-side, logging more than 154,000 combined hours over the years. We do more than have each other’s backs. We challenge each other creatively. We are each other’s most persnickety critics as well as biggest fans. And now we’ve opened a restaurant that is “all us.”
