• PAYMENT POLICY
  • Party is not guaranteed until payment is made. Full payment or 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reserving the party. If booking online, full payment is due at the time of booking. Payment is required in full at least two days prior to your party date. A $25 late payment fee will be issued if paying past the deadline.
  • Parties booked within the two-day window prior to party will not be issued a late payment fee, but must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• 24-HOUR HOLD POLICY
  • We will hold your party reservation without immediate payment for 24 hours upon booking. Reservation will be deleted if no payment (either in full or deposit) has been made after this time.
• REFUND POLICY
  • The Wichita Ice Center will not issue refunds on cancelled birthday parties. You may reschedule your party with no fees, or receive a Wichita Ice Center gift card for the amount paid for your party.
• OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINK FEE
  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted with either party package. There is a $20 charge if outside food/drink is brought in. Birthday cake,cupcakes, or similar desserts are permitted with the Premium Package only.
• CLEANING FEE
  • NO Confetti, Silly String, Glitter, or similar products. You will be charged a $25 cleaning fee as a result of using these products.

PARTY LESSONS

Add a lesson to your party package and one of our Learn to Skate instructors will show your party the basics of ice skating before you take the ice!

• 20-Minute Lesson: $25
• 30-Minute Lesson: $30

If you are interested in adding a lesson to your party, please let us know at least a week prior to your party to ensure we have an available instructor.

• WEEKDAY PARTY: Throw your party on a weekday to receive 10% off any Party Package
  • *Offer only valid during public sessions on Monday thru Thursday*
• MILITARY DISCOUNT: Military Members and Dependents receive 10% off any party package with proof of valid Military ID
  • *Military ID must be shown to cashier to receive discount*

PRIVATE ROOM RENTALS

Do you need to rent a party room for an event, but don't need a party package? We offer private room rentals with the following rates:

• Half Room for 30 Minutes: $30
• Half Room for 1 Hour: $50
• Full Room for 30 Minutes: $50
• Full Room for 1 Hour: $100

Private room rentals do not include skating fees or table settings.
