With a relaxed atmosphere, and a wide variety of beer styles on tap CSB is the perfect place to hang out with friends, enjoy a few drinks, play some board games and kick back and relax in our retro furniture or on our patio.
We produce a wide range of styles including seasonal, Belgian, IPA, Barrel Aged, Sour and Wild/Brett Beers. We have over 20 years of combined brewing experience and we push the boundaries of brewing to create something unique. We aren’t afraid to brew a fantastic Pale Ale or Pilsner, but where else will you get to try a Saison Brett Aged on Blackberries and French Oak?
Great beer begins with great ingredients. We pride ourselves on using only the best ingredients available to produce a top-quality beer. We take the time to ensure every step of the brewing process is flawless. Boil to barrel, we set a higher standard.
