Hit the open road for one WILD ride for the Sedgwick County Zoo! The day will include: a great breakfast at the Zoo to get your motor running, a tour of parts of beautiful Kansas in the fall, great prizes, and a ton of fun; all while supporting one of Kansas’ favorite community attractions!

Early Bird Registration: $20
Registration the Day of Event: $25
Passengers ride free. Registration includes one poker card, t-shirt, and breakfast for one.

8:00 a.m.
Registration/check in at Sedgwick County Zoo. Before you ride, fill your tank with an all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast served by Chris Cakes. Breakfast for passengers is just $5.

10:00 a.m. - LAST BIKE OUT
Hit the open road for one WILD ride while you work to build the best poker hand. This ride is about 100 miles roundtrip and begins and ends at the Zoo.

2:00 p.m. - ALL BIKES BACK
Arrive back at the Zoo for more fun, wild animals and great prizes! Finish off your poker hand at the Zoo to see if you're a winner.

Siblings are welcome to attend, but classes are primarily geared towards 3-5-year-olds. Each program is offered from 10:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

Bring your ghouls and goblins for a night of not-too-scary Halloween fun at the Sedgwick County Zoo! Several ghoulish activities, like pumpkin bowling and beanbag tosses, can be found throughout the Zoo. Wear your costumes if you dare and take a stroll down jack-o-lantern lane, creep up to candy stations and let your spirit come alive!

You can wander the Zoo at your leisure, visiting Dracula and the fortune tellers, playing fun Halloween games, seeing creepy displays, and visiting Candy Land on your way out!

This not-too-scary Halloween event is perfect for kids under the age of eight.

Please note: You might see animals in their outdoor exhibits, but most animals will not be in attendance at this event.

Wee Wigglers offers a 30-minute program for children ages 12–23 month. At Wee Wigglers, these children will gain a first-hand experience of the wonders of animals. With interactive learning and an animal visitor, these programs are educational and fun! Wee Wigglers offers a focus on a different animal each month and two programs per month.

A fee of $4 for members and $6 for nonmembers will cover one adult and one child. Additional children can participate for just $2.

Programs take place at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. Space is limited; therefore pre-registration is required.

Senior Wednesdays at the Sedgwick County Zoo take place at 10:15 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month. Each session will highlight a different theme and feature breakfast sundries, an informational chat and a tour or special guest. The program is intended for active guests over the age of 55 and is priced at $4 per adult.

Preregistration is not required.

Other locations, including Wichita Museum of Art, Ulrich Museum, Historical Museum, Wichita's Downtown Public Library, Great Plains Nature Center, Old Cowtown Museum, Exploration Place, WATER Center and The Kansas African American Museum host Senior Wednesday events on other dates.

We salute our nation’s military service members, both active duty and veterans, for their dedication and service! As a special thank you we are offering complimentary admission on November 11, 2017 for all military personnel (active and retired) and their immediate family.

To receive free admission on November 11, visitors must show a military or veteran organization ID, discharge papers or other official military identification; families of deployed military personnel must show an active duty ID.
