Country music star Blake Shelton announced his fall 2016 tour this morning. It will include a performance at Wichita’s Intrust Bank Arena on Sept. 22.
Shelton has recorded 21 number one singles, beginning with his debut, “Austin” to his most recent, number one hit, “Gonna.”
The fall 2016 tour will feature songs from the upcoming album, If I’m Honest, which is scheduled for release in May 20. Fans can expect to hear the album’s first single, “Came Here To Forget,” which has reached the top 10 on the charts. The album also features a song entitled “Savior’s Shadow,” creating a crossover into Christian music for Shelton.
In all, the tour has announced performances in 10 cities so far. Between Sept. 9 and Oct. 8, Shelton’s tour, presented by Gildan, begins in Shelton’s home state with two shows in Oklahoma City, followed by shows in Peoria, IL.; St. Paul, MN.; Wichita, KS.; Sioux Falls, SD.; Albany, NY.; Hartford, CT.; Boston, MA.; Manchester, NH. And Brooklyn, NY.
Ticket information regarding sales and pricing will be released at a later date, but a press release has confirmed that Ticket prices for the tour will include one copy of Blake’s new album per transaction.
