Job Description:

FT, M-F hours of 8a-4p in the KETCH Work Services program. Responsible for teaching individuals to explore their community, enhance work skills, and manage their own behavior. At times, staff need to address inappropriate or aggressive behaviors. Training will be provided to assist in teaching the necessary skills to individuals and to manage inappropriate or aggressive behaviors. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid drivers license, and a good driving record. Previous experience with MR/DD preferred however, not required.
