Job Description:
Innovative Bodywork & Massage seeks experienced therapeutic massage therapists to join our team. We are an established therapeutic massage practice in West Wichita looking for motivated & qualified massage therapists serious about providing established clientele an exceptional massage therapy experience and superior customer service.
Principle Duties Include:
Perform consecutive quality massage therapy sessions.
Deliver specific sessions based on individual client needs.
Be active in promoting Essential Oils, Add-On Treatments and Retail Products available for client purchase.
Promote the health & wellness benefits of regular massage.
Create excellent experience for clients through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Generate new clientele through earning existing client referrals and participating in new client generation programs.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Positions Requirements:
Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
Must carry professional liability insurance.
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, practice management and other professional staff.
Able to work flexible days and hours.
Must understand and believe in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
