Job Description:
(2) FT and (4) PT positions, evening and weekend hours. Provides direct health care services to persons served. Hours may vary according to nursing coverage and client need. Experience with tracheotomy care and gastric tube feeding preferred. Requires HS diploma/GED, current KS LPN license, valid drivers license, and good driving record. Prefer knowledge and experience with MR/DD population.
