Job Description:

Responsible for answering multiple telephone lines, providing prompt review, resolution and response to provider issues and concerns. Maintain accurate and timely documentation relating to provider contact & communication. (80-90% of job duties)
Provides assistance and education to providers and their staff regarding PHS policy and procedures, claims processing, interpretation of explanation of payments, billing/reimbursement, refunds and utilization management processes. Responsible for providing ongoing support to providers and their staff, PR staff, other departments of PHS and contracting TPA's. Assists with provider fund audits and special projects. Ability to understand capitation and fund reporting.
