Group Trainer/ Fitness Trainer

Job Description:

As a Certified Personal Trainer you’ll provide individualized assistance that includes education and guidance for Cardio , Muscular endurance, Strength and Resistance training.



DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Evaluate member needs and assist and encourage members to achieve fitness goals
* Conduct Fitness Assessments with members as assigned by Fitness Manager




MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

* CPR certified
* 4 year degree in related field preferred
* Certification from organization recognized by Fitness Bootcamp preferred
* (AAAI, AFAA, ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute, ISSA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NFPT, NPTI, NSCA, PFI, PFIT)
* Must attend 4 week training with lead Instructor.
* Personal Trainer experience preferred but not required.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
