Job Description:

In 2010, Eric Fisher Academy was named “Best Trade School” in Wichita. We are seeking Cosmetology Learning Leaders to mentor and guide future professionals in an optimistic, encouraging manner. Our Learning Leaders assist in establishing a dynamic, enthusiastic atmosphere where learning is challenging and fun. Our goal is to prepare students for greatness in hair and skin care. Every day we strive to stay on the forefront by constantly educating our instructors, bringing in renowned guest artists, and teaching our future professionals the latest techniques in hair and skin care.
Qualified candidates are required to have a current Cosmetology License and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a salon or spa environment. You will be required to teach to all levels of students. Strong communication skills are essential. Flexibility is desired, as the scheduled hours for Learning Leaders do include evenings and Saturdays.
