"Shocker Fitness w/ coach Bolt" is an overall general fitness program for all ages, both men and women. We meet at Cessna Stadium three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The next session will run from January 9 to March 16. We will have three workouts each day: 5:30 AM, 6:45 AM, and 5:45 PM. "Shocker Fitness w/ coach Bolt" is an overall general fitness program for all ages, both men and women. We meet at Cessna Stadium three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The next session will run from January 9 to March 16. We will have three workouts each day: 5:30 AM, 6:45 AM, and 5:45 PM.
