Bricktown Brewery started in 1992 in what was formerly the Bricktown Candy Factory in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Upon opening its doors, it made history as the first brewery in the state of Oklahoma. They have since expanded to include locations throughout Oklahoma and Kansas.

Bricktown brewery has been an advocate for local beer and local flavor since it opened its doors. The founders believed "Local Beer - Local Flavor” and they stick to it.
Their beers are brewed at their original location in OKC and shipped fresh to their Wichita locations. They keep seven of their own beers on tap as well as several seasonal creations. In keeping with the “local beer” philosophy, they also feature beers on tap from local Wichita breweries, and other Kansas area breweries.
Their brewpub style food is no exception to the “local flavor” philosophy. The Wichita locations source their Black Angus beef for their burgers from Creekstone Farms and other ingredients from Yoder Meats, both from right here in Kansas. Their menu features something for everyone, from brick oven pizzas to handcrafted burgers, you’re sure to leave satisfied.
Bricktown Brewery features a family friendly atmosphere that makes it a great place to chow down and fill up for lunch with co-workers or an evening out with family and friends.
