About Us
Welcome to Fulton Valley Farms, home of the "Boot Scootin' Barn." Fulton Valley Farms is nestled in the quaint wilderness between Augusta and Towanda, Kansas. We boast country ambiance with city accessibility as we are located only 15 minutes from Wichita, the largest city in Kansas - yet you would never know it when you are here!
We would like to share what we enjoy every day with those who do not have the same opportunity. Fulton Valley Farms is a family owned and operated business that started from the idea of using our space to fulfill the enjoyment of others. Situated between a rippling stream and acres of growing crops, on 250 sprawling acres of land, which includes a large events barn, a small events barn, a small meeting room, walking paths, streams, ponds, wooded areas and open land. This unique combination allows us to cater to your individual desires for any type of event.
A Real, Working Farm... Fulton Valley Farms was founded in 1869 and is currently owned by David and Betty Corbin. The Corbin's, along with their family, currently operate a family farm, as well as an investment company and the special events side of the business. Betty will ensure that all of your needs are addressed and the entire family will help to make your event a lasting memory!
"So Much More Than A Barn" At Fulton Valley Farms, we have over 60 acres of buildings, trees, open space, outdoor recreation areas and relaxation. The land, coupled with a creek and the family atmosphere of Fulton Valley Farms makes it a place for the entire family. The "Boot Scootin' Barn," as it has become known, is the main building with an abundance of space for any type of gathering.
The "Boot Scootin' Barn" is the largest barn at Fulton Valley Farms and is decorated with thousands of twinkling lights, a canopy of lights over the dance area and two decorated, real wooden wheel wagons. The barn has an attached catering kitchen allowing for you to bring in your own food or choose from a variety of local catering companies. The large barn can hold up to 350 guests and we can use patio heaters during cool weather to ensure the warmth and comfort of your guests.
We understand that your decorations make your event everything you are dreaming of, and we allow you to bring in your own items and decorate the facilities to your liking.
Our facilities, except the hay loft conference room, are handicap accessible, and include ample parking to hold even the largest groups. Our largest barn, the "Boot Scootin' Barn," can accommodate more than 300 people. For groups of 80 or less, we have just completed construction on our newest addition to the large barn, and two other areas (the hay loft and the cattle shed) can accommodate smaller groups.
