Master chocolatier Beth Tully, launched Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates in order to realize her dream. It began in the '90s when she stumbled across some candy recipes that she thought would be perfect to include in her holiday cooking. Little did she know that those recipes would trigger a passion that would become the foundation that not only her family's rich holiday traditions but also the start of Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates. Using traditional European technologies and equipment, Beth creates chocolates with meticulous attention to ingredients, taste, texture and finish. Cocoa Dolce's goal is to wow people at first bite.
