Diamond Vogel Paints is a family owned Midwestern based paint manufacturer and retailer headquartered in Orange City, Iowa. We operate 7 manufacturing facilities and over 60 service center outlets. Here in Wichita, we sell Architectural Coatings as well as Heavy Duty Protective Coatings for the most severe environments. We also carry Industrial and Powder Coatings used in manufacturing. Our courteous and helpful staff is here to make your paint buying experience as simple and satisfying as possible. Our Southwest location just south of Kellog makes it easy for you to come to us, or we can deliver it right to your jobsite. We offer color and stain matching so that you get the right color for your job. We also carry all of the application tools needed to do the job right. Whether you are a DIY’er needing a roller cover, or a professional needing an airless sprayer we have the tools to complete your painting project.
Our story began in 1913 when the Vogel family emigrated from Holland. Andrew “Pops” Vogel soon discovered that the paints available to him locally did not measure up to his family’s standard of appearance and performance. Therefore, in 1926 he began making his own paint with two small grinders that could make 5 gallons of paint each. Today, we are led by the third generation of Vogel’s. Although our organization has grown over the years, we still cling to the tradition, service, and values that make us who we are today.
