Thank you for visiting the only "LATIN RESTAURANT" of Wichita, that features the “Bold Combination of Flavors and Music” from South and Central America and the Latin Caribbean!!!

We are specialized in Class Reunions, Wedding Receptions, Business Meetings, Birthday Parties, as we can accommodate large groups of people!!!   We are also a family oriented restaurant,  as we have a nice atmosphere that we want you to share with  your family (See our Kids/Coupons for Saturday and Sunday lunches).

We utilize a NATURAL grilling style “A la Parrilla” over oak wood and a bank of hot coals and mostly everything is made from scratch.  Our specialties include appetizers like “Ceviche”, “Empanadas”, Argentinian non-spicy “Chorizos, "Chimichurri and “Criolla” sauces and our House specialty "Prime Rib", "Camp of Rump" Filet, “Lamb”, “Grilled Salmon”, “Churrasco” and “T-Bone” Steak. We also have delicious House Made Soups and wonderful Pastas available, as well as popular desserts like “Tres Leches Cheese Cake”, “Flan” and Tiramisu.

How it works....

Get unlimited appetizers and our fabulous Salad Bar. 

And then....

Get a Cue!   The cue will be your link to getting all the meats you desire.

When you are ready for meat service,  turn your cue to green color.  Our Gauchos will rotate sizzling skewers of meat to your table slicing them to your desire temperature.  

When you turn your cue to red color,  means that you would like to take a break or just slow down.  If you want to continue with meat service,  start again turning your Cue back to green!

We have an extensive wine list featuring the finest wines from Chile, Argentina and traditional drinks like "Caipirinha" from Brazil or "Pisco Sour" from Peru and Chile. We also offer great  house made "Sangria" by glass or pitcher, Margaritas, Mojitos and Martinis.
