About Our Restaurant

Our Family has been in the restaurant business in Wichita, Kansas for almost 10 years now.  We serve authentic Mexican Food from generations of family recipes.

We do Fajitas better than anyone!  We offer many different recipes of Fajitas; but, Parillada Fajitas are our specialty.  They are made up of chicken, steak, chorizo (Mexican Pork) and shrimp. One order of our Pardillia Fajitas will serve up to four customers!

Carne Asada (thin slices of steak from our open-flamed grill) and our Cheese Dip are famous in Mexican food circles in the Wichita area.

Our Margaritas are made from a, “secret Family recipe.”  Come in and try a truly different taste in Margaritas and see why our customers say, “The Best Margaritas in Town!”
