Detox Smoothie
2 Kiwi fruit, peeled
1 cup (250 ml) coconut water or apple juice
handful kale or spinach leaves
1 teaspoon spirulina
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoons organic protein powder
Immune Booster
1 cup (150 g) mixed frozen berries
1 whole orange, peeled or 1/2 cup papaya
1 tablespoon goji berries
250 ml (1 cup) coconut water or apple juice or orange juice
2 tablespoons organic protein powder
Green Machine
2 ripe medium bananas
1 ripe pear or apple, peeled if desired, chopped
2 cups chopped kale leaves, tough stems removed (see Notes)
1/2 cup cold orange juice
1/2 cup cold water
12 ice cubes
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Green Tea smoothie
3 cups frozen white grapes
2 packed cups baby spinach
1 1/2 cups strong brewed green tea (see Tip), cooled
1 medium ripe avocado
2 teaspoons honey
Superfood Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 handfuls spinach
1 handful kale
1/2-3/4 cup orange juice
10-12 baby carrots
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Prep Time: 5 minutes Yields: 2 Smoothies
Method:
1. In a reliable blender, puree spinach, kale, and oj in a blender until only flecks of green remain.
2. Add all other ingredients. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Avocado-Banana Smoothie Recipe
Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
1/2 cup fresh orange juice, from 1 medium orange
2 bananas
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine the avocado, orange juice, bananas, yogurt and sugar in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the ginger and blend until well combined, then mix in the lime juice and salt. Divide the puree among four glasses and serve immediately.
