Mary Hansen’s Bierocks, Brats n’ BBQ may be a small Delano restaurant, but it’s packed with authentic flavors and choices.
Bierocks, Brats n'BBQ opened in early 2011 two blocks west of Seneca on Douglas.
Owned by Kansas State Fair fixture Mary Hansen, who has been involved in the food business for 30 years in fairs, festivals and special events. Bierocks, Brats n'BBQ serves beef, beef and cheese and sausage bierocks; German, Italian and hot sausages; BBQ brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, and delicious homemade spiral chips. We also believe in making Philly cheese steak sandwiches made the right way – with Cheez Whiz. The restaurant has about 13 seats inside, a few tables outside, and a popular drive-through window.
Our menu includes a Kansas State Fair favorite - Cheesecake Factory cheesecake, chocolate dipped and served on a stick.
