Dayne Rinehart founded Village Homes in May of 1998. Dayne has over 18 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry and has also been serving on the Board of Directors for the Kansas Manufactured Housing Association since 1999. At Village Homes, it is our mission to provide our customers the very best quality and energy efficient homes that are available today. We offer and unparalleled commitment to quality installation and customer service from beginning to end.

We are a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience and we handle all stages of construction, including basements, foundations, garages, utility hook-ups, land-home packages, and more. Village Homes is truly a one-stop shop! We also have our own Service Department with a full-time Service Manager available to assist the manufacturer in bringing our customers the very best service possible.
