Airbrush Tanning FAQs
Q: Will my tan look orange?
A: No. Glisten guarantees you will not look orange. Our products are different then traditional "tan in a can" products. Glisten produces lustrious golden bronzed tans.
Q: How long is the tanning session?
A: The personalized airbrush tanning session is complete in 10 minutes or less. We schedule appointments in 15 minute increments.
Q: What do I wear during my session?
A: Some clients prefer to wear a one piece bikini or undergarments while others prefer no tan lines at all. Please come to your session dressed for your level of comfort.
Q: How long will my tan last?
A: On average your tan will last one full week and up to 10 days, we making tanning fast, easy and convienent with only one weekly 15 minute session.
Q: After my tan, how long do I have to wait before showering?
A: We recommend waiting up to 24 hours before showering. Although 8-12 works great as well. In a hurry? Try Glistens Express Tan, spray and wash in 4 hours or less!

Q: How do I know what color to pick?
A: Glisten's trained consultants have years of experience. We will consult with you and pick the perfect color to match your complexion and fit your tanning needs.

Q: How many tanning "levels" at Glisten?
A: We use all organic tanning solutiosn that comes in 9 different shades.
How to prepare for Airbrush tanning?
-The day of your session please be sure shower, shave and exfoliate your skin, to minimize irritation please do so 2 hours before tanning.
-Please dont wear any lotions, makeup, oils, deodorant on the day of your appointment.
-Please wear loose fitting clothing. Avoid denim and tight leggings.
-Plan on waiting as long as possible to shower, up to 24 after your session. Glistens tanning formulas continue to get darker for 24hours post spraying!
How Airbrush tanning works?
Glistens airbrush tanning is applied by a Certified Airbrush Consultant. Glisten uses an air compressor and an airbrush delivery system to gently and evenly apply the tanning solution to the skin. Our solutions are streak free and absorb quickly to gives you a natural-looking result that fades like a real tan. The final effect will last up to ten days as the skin slowly exfoliates off the dead tissue. Now you no longer need to expose yourself to hours of damaging UVA and UVB rays which can cause burning, premature aging and even skin cancer!
