I was very satisfied. It was very relaxing. We had good conversation and I felt very much at ease. Sheila talked with me, educated me a little on my hair and used her professionalism which resulted in the finished product, of which I was very impressed. I will come back for my next color weave, when I can find an open time in both our schedules.

It was a very good massage. Juan knows what he is doing. The salon is gorgeous and the food at O'Naturals is to die for!!!!!!! Thanks so much for the great experience. I'll be back!

My daughter and I have seen Sheila several times and we are always happy with our experience. She is friendly, positive, and knows how to treat her customers. We are always satisfied with our hair cuts and other services she provides to us.

I went in for waxing services. The front desk staff was quick and helpful with getting me registered. Kadie was my aesthetician and she was WONDERFUL. It's always nerve racking to have work done by a new person, but her witty and funny conversation put me at ease. The environment was clean and she even put on a little music which is always nice. I will recommend Salon Knotty to anyone looking for spa services. The pricing was the lowest I found and she even gave me some discount cards for referrals. The experience was so great that I already booked my next appointment.
