Balance and Harmony Therapeutic massage is committed to giving clients an enjoyable massage experience. Our therapist, Jenny Grant, graduated from BCC in 2008 with an associates degree of applied sciences in Massage Therapy and has over 630 hours of training. Jenny will tailor your massage to suit your personal needs and expectations with a variety of services: swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone, aromatherapy, prenatal/postnatal, infant, and chair massage. We offer a wide variety of services at Balance and Harmony Therapeutic Massage:

Swedish and Therapeutic Massage
A relaxing experience using light pressure and flowing strokes. A great way to relieve stress and tension, pamper yourself, and take some time out from your busy schedule.

Deep Tissue and Sports Massage
A deeper therapy recommended for people in pain, recovering from injury, or those who have loss of mobility or range of motion. Also great for those who prefer a deeper treatment.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is like no other type of massage. Using hot basalt stones in combination with Swedish or deep tissue massage warms and relaxes the body and the mind. You will absolutely love this combination of warm stones and massage. For an additional ten dollars you can add aromatherapy and delight all your senses!

Chair Massage
Need a quick way to get a relaxing treatment on your neck, shoulders, and back that's low cost and time efficient? Would you like to treat your staff to an energizing and rejuvenating treat? Chair massage is a great way to reward yourself and others for a job well done.

Reflexology
A treatment focused on the feet that treats the body as a whole. By applying pressure to the appropriate areas you will feel the release of tension in the corresponding part of the body.
