STYLES OF YOGA
Siva Power Yoga honors the roots of yoga. We do not impose any religious dogma. We emphasize breathing to connect the body and mind. Our role is to guide students to make their practice their own. All classes are in a heated 85 degree room. JUST DO SIVA POWER YOGA!

FLOW is a heated Vinyasa flow practice, designed to heal, detoxify and exhilarate the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance, strength and intention. This class has its foundation in Vinyasa and is set to great music. You will hear everything from hip hop, rock, blues, techno, and world music. Flow 1,2.

HOT YOGA is directed toward all levels and combines a combination of 26 poses for all levels! This is the class for anyone suffering from chronic pain or any chronic illness and for those wanting to learn how to create "inner power".
