El Dorado Extends Property Tax Rebate
The El Dorado City Council has approved the extension of a 5 year property tax rebate for new residential properties in ElDorado on first $175,000 of appraised value. Applicants must apply for the program before starting construction. Construction must start by September 1, 2012.
