The City of Rose Hill has initiated a tax incentive program for the construction of new homes within the City limits effective October 15, 2011. The program will provide a 95% tax abatement for 5-years and could save you up to $18,000 IN TAXES! That's $300 per month! An additional incentive made available for the purchase of existing model/spec homes within the city limits is the 2011/2012 Housing Grant Program. Also effective October 15, 2011, the program will offer a 10-year grant for City taxes. The application period for both programs is October 15, 2011 through December 31, 2012.
Quality housing developments offer a wide-range of single home pricing, including a new subdivision with homes starting in the low $100,000's. Veterans Memorial
Rose Hill is thankful for, and proud of all veterans and their families! We are raising funds to erect a bronze, life-size memorial honoring them.
